  • Kate Delahunt Schrank, J.D., Board of Directors and President

    Kate is founder, current board member, and President of Sustainability Partners, Inc. Her dedication and commitment to personal and corporate social responsibility is a direct outgrowth and furtherance of her professional background as an environmental lawyer for nearly 15 years, and her graduate work in pastoral studies. Her education and experience provide the context for her understanding the importance of increased consumer education for individuals to understand the role they need to play to fully address contemporary air pollution and climate change concerns.

  • Kate graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana, with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing in 1981. After working for 3 years selling computer equipment to Wall St. lawyers, she entered law school. In 1988 she received her J.D. from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, together with an Environmental Law Certificate. Kate has represented clients in a broad range of environmental and sustainability matters including air, water, waste generation and disposal issues, natural resource damage claims, toxic tort issues, environmental due diligence, and environmental policy for Fortune 500 companies.

  • Thom Schindel, Board of Directors

    Thom has been a member of the Board Sustainability Partners, Inc since it was established in 2007. Thom became involved with Partners when he worked as a Community Relations Manager at Toyota of Naperville. Prior to working at Toyota he worked as Community Relations Liaison for a company in Warrenville which dealt in natural treatment of individuals who suffered from Autism, Bi-Polar Disorder, Post Partum Depression and other disorders related to biochemical imbalances. Thom’s career has taken him in many directions from training and hiring individuals in a retail setting to a 27 year career as a Psychiatric Case manager. His involvement in the community has been on going throughout his career.

  • Deb Villareese

    Deb Villarese has been passionate about the GREEN movement for more than 30 years. She is an entrepreneur at heart and has made a commitment to educate others on the effects of each person’s effect on our environment as well as on their own health, their own home and on Mother Earth. She has marketed GREEN, safe cleaners manufactured by Shaklee, long before it was popular. She is highly respected among her peers and is called upon frequently for her networking and Leadership skills.
